There is a full-time, live answering service at the practice seven days a week. 

Other than the Intake Form, please do not fax information unless instructed to by your therapist or the office secretary.

In Case of Emergency
Never attempt to reach this office through e-mail to report that you are in crisis. Please call 401 351-0400 or after hours, go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
